RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. If it's been 14 days since you received your goods, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include everything that was provided.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Consumable goods such as ink bottles, cartridges or pen refills cannot be returned once opened and / or used. We also do not accept returns for customized or modified products.

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted:

REFUNDS

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

EXCHANGES

PRESENTS

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

SHIPMENT

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
