James Byron Dean 1931-1955 was an American actor, a cultural icon symbol of the disenchantment and social alienation of teenagers of the time, perfectly represented by his most acclaimed film, Youth Burn 1955, in which he impersonates the ground of the tormented adolescent Jim Stark.
This edition presents body and hood in fine red resin, reference to the red leather jacket worn by Jean in the film, while the reason is inspired by its jeans. The clip represents a gun, tribute to the famous scene of the film Il Gigante 1956. The hood ring bears the engraving of one of the most famous phrases of James Dean: Dream As If You'll Live Forever. Live as If you'll Die TODAY. (I dream of as if I had to live forever. Live as if I were to die today.) The cone brings the engraving of the coordinates of the James Dean memorial.
The general design is inspired by the knife that James Dean uses in the burn youth film. The clip pays homage to the rifle of the film Il Gigante. The motif engraved on the body and the hood draws inspiration from the jeans that the actor wears in his youth burned.
